Made withThe Usual Strawberry
Time10 mins prep + 4 hrs chilling
DifficultyEasy
Makes2 servings

Ingredients

  • 1½ tsp (4g) The Usual Strawberry
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) warm water, never boiling
  • 1 cup (250ml) milk of choice
  • 3 tbsp (35g) chia seeds
  • 1 tsp maple syrup, optional
  • Pinch of salt

To Finish

  • Sliced fruit, coconut flakes, chopped pistachios

Method

  1. Dissolve first. Whisk the Strawberry matcha with the warm water until completely smooth. Adding the powder straight to cold milk leaves lumps you'll never get out.
  2. Combine. Whisk in the milk, maple syrup and salt.
  3. Add the chia. Stir through the chia seeds, wait 10 minutes, then stir again to break up any clumps.
  4. Chill. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Finish. Top with fruit, coconut and pistachios before serving.
