What makes The Usual different?
Most café matcha is more sugar than matcha, and the matcha itself is low grade. Ours is ceremonial-grade — shade-grown and stone-milled — blended to be smooth enough to drink every day, not just as a treat. Café quality, at home, in about a minute.
How many servings are in a tin?
Fifty. Our flavoured tins hold 200g (50 servings of 4g) and Pure holds 50g (50 servings of 1g). At one cup a day, that's most of a month.
Is it hard to make?
Not at all. Add your matcha, whisk it with a splash of warm water until smooth, then top with your favourite milk. Hot or iced, it takes about a minute. The one rule: never boiling water — it scorches matcha and turns it bitter.
What's the difference between Original and Unsweetened?
Original is our sweetened matcha with no added flavour — smooth and mildly sweet. Unsweetened is 100% ceremonial-grade matcha and nothing else, for anyone who wants to sweeten it themselves or not at all.
Are your products safe for children?
Our blends contain caffeine, so they're not designed for young children. If you're unsure, check with your doctor.

Are your products gluten free, dairy free, and vegan friendly?
Yes — all three, across the whole range. There's no dairy in the tin, so what you add is entirely up to you. Oat milk is the easy favourite.
Do your products contain caffeine?
Yes, but gently. Around 20-30mg per serving — noticeably less than a cup of coffee. Matcha's L-theanine slows how that caffeine releases, which is why the lift is steady rather than sharp, and why there's no crash waiting for you later.
Do your products contain added sugar or artificial flavours?
Our sweetened blends use organic unrefined cane sugar and natural flavouring — nothing artificial, ever. If you'd rather skip sugar entirely, Unsweetened is pure matcha and nothing else.
Is your matcha organic, Halal and Kosher?
Yes to all three. Our matcha is organic, and certified Halal and Kosher.
How should I store it, and how long does it last?
Keep the tin sealed in a cool, dry place, away from direct light — matcha fades with air, heat and moisture. For the brightest flavour, enjoy within about two months of opening.
Shipping & Returns
What is your shipping policy?
We deliver across Lebanon, usually within 1–3 business days. Delivery is free on orders over $50.
What is your refund policy?
If you're not happy, we're not happy. Tell us within 30 days and we'll make it right.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we're Lebanon only for now. We're working on it, and our newsletter is the first place we'll announce it.
Can I change or cancel my order once it's been placed?
